We recommend kitesurfing lessons for kids as young as 8 years old. We teach them how to control the small practice kite, and kick off their first water starts on boards! The older the kids, the easier it is for them to coordinate the board and kite. 13 year olds who finished our Kite Kids Course, are now independent kitesurfers and continue to develop their skills with our instructors.

It’s also worth mentioning that even 11 year olds compete in Poland’s Kitesurfing Championship, so the sport is truly safe and available for all.
